Project Title: Architect Accreditation Suite: Bridging Industry Standards with Interactive CEUs

The Challenge

FII needed a specialized platform to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to architects. The challenge was building a professional-grade accreditation portal that felt high-end and encouraged active learning.

The Solution 

I engineered a 10-course suite using the BuddyBoss/LearnDash ecosystem. I focused on “Active Learning” interactions that bridged complex BC forestry theory with the practical application architects need for professional credit.

The Process

Phase 1: Expert Extraction  

I worked with SMEs to ensure the content met current accreditation standards while being “learner-friendly.”

Phase 2: Ecosystem Architecture

I customized the WordPress theme to create a distraction-free learning environment, focusing on clear navigation and professional branding.

Phase 3: Certification Logic 

I built the backend logic for the accreditation, ensuring that completion of all 10 courses triggered the appropriate professional certificates.

Reflection: Success was measured by the platform’s ability to bolster industry expertise among a high-level professional audience. 

Future Iteration: I plan to integrate AI-powered feedback agents to provide students with real-time coaching on their rhetorical mastery before they submit final drafts.
